How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order in real-time using the order number via the Order Tracking button.
You can also check the overall order status on My Page.

Is the shipping cost included in the purchase price?

Yes, both domestic and international shipping costs are included.

Will there be any extra charges after payment?

Import duties and taxes may be charged additionally by the destination country.

Can I change options such as size or color?

Option changes are not allowed.
If you want to make changes, please cancel your order and place a new one.

Can I cancel my purchase after placing an order?

You can receive a full refund immediately after purchase.
However, if the seller has already started processing the order, whether cancellation is possible depends on the seller's policy. If the seller refuses, cancellation may not be possible.
Additionally, cancellations due to a change of mind may incur a per-item or fixed processing fee.

How long does it take to get a refund after cancellation?
